Arugula Pesto Potatoes

Heat an iron skillet in a 450º oven. 

Toss your favorite roasting spuds with our A.G. Ferrari Arugula Pesto until well coated. 

When the skillet is hot, toss in the potatoes. 

Bake, turning once or twice until browned and tender. 

Top with a couple of sunny-side eggs and Italian peppers. 

Serve with our Prosecco and call it a great way to start the day.
